We do not use WhatsApp and only contact clients via trusted methods such as phone, email or mail.

We do not make unsolicited requests for funds or personal information.

Any other website does not represent our group and likely exhibits fraudulent intent. 

Things to look for 

  • Any communications via WhatsApp purporting to be from Trinity Street or its staff 
  • Requests for credit card, debit card or similar personal information
  • Unsolicited investment opportunities through cold-calling, email or social media
  • High-pressure sales tactics or artificial urgency to make decisions
  • Promises of unusually high returns including those with "guaranteed" investment returns
  • Brand names that closely resemble Trinity Street but have slight variations
  • Fake LinkedIn profiles claiming to be Trinity Street employees offering investment services

AI & deepfake impersonation 

Fraudsters are increasingly using artificial intelligence to create convincing fake audio and video content impersonating senior executives or employees.  If you receive an unexpected video or voice message claiming to be from a Trinity Street representative, verify the message through official channels before acting.
