Caroline joined Trinity Street in 2025 as a consultant before taking a permanent role in 2026. Caroline brings more than 25 years of experience in the investment management industry, combining legal expertise with a strong track record in client relationships, corporate strategy and product development.
Prior to joining Trinity Street, Caroline was Client Strategy and Execution Director at River Global, where she was a member of the Executive Committee and sat on the Product Governance, Risk and Operating, and Sustainability and Stewardship committees. She also led the Client Experience Team, helping to strengthen client engagement and support the firm's strategic growth initiatives.
A qualified solicitor with 18 years of legal experience, Caroline has advised boards and senior management teams on a wide range of business, governance, regulatory and investment management matters.
