Phil joined Trinity Street in 2026 with more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He has worked in a diverse and complementary range of roles within asset management, investment consultancy, and pension advisory businesses. Before joining Trinity Street, Phil held the role of Product and Operations Director at River Global (previously River and Mercantile), where he was also a board director of the group’s fund management businesses, a member of the executive committee of its investment management partnership, and chair of the Risk and Operating Committee, Product Governance Committee, and Best Execution Committee. Prior to River Global, Phil worked at Punter Southall for 10 years, having started his career at Standard Life.
